TRADERS CLUB FLOOR PRIVILEGES
Traders Club is an exclusive retreat where frequent business travellers can experience a higher standard of accommodation, personalised service and a host of special privileges and amenities.
Club Floor Check-In and Check-out
On arrival a Guest Service Associate will personally escort guests to the Club Lounge where registration will be handled smoothly and swiftly.
Complimentary Broadband Internet
In-room broadband Internet is offered to all Traders Club and suite guests. Complimentary WiFi Internet is also available at the Club Lounge.
Club Lounge Facilities
In addition to business services and private meeting rooms, the exclusive Club Lounge provides a wide selection of newspapers and complimentary wireless Internet. The private meeting room is available for complimentary usage for two hours daily, subject to availability.
IT Lounge
Available at each Club Floor providing private workstations equipped with broadband wireless Internet facilities.
Complimentary Buffet Breakfast
Buffet breakfast is served every morning in the Club Lounge from 0630 hours.
Newspaper and Fresh Fruit
Every day a selection of fresh tropical fruits is replenished and delivered to the guestrooms together with the guests’ choice of local or international newspapers.
Free Suit Pressing and Shoe Shine
Once settled, the Club’s friendly and attentive staff would arrange for the guests’ suits to be pressed and shoes shined.
Complimentary Food and Beverages
Throughout the day complimentary food and beverage services will be offered at the Club Lounge. In the early evening, from 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm, complimentary cocktails will be served.
Please note the following on CHECK IN & OUT times:
CHECK IN: 1400 hrs
for early morning check in, room(s) to be blocked the day before and therefore a full night's rate per room will be charged.
CHECK OUT: 1200 hrs
CHARGES FOR LATE CHECK OUT
from 1201 hrs to 1600 hrs - 50% of applicable rates per room will be charged after 1601 hrs - Full night's rate per room will be charged.
